Isaiah 55:7–8 ESV, “let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; let him return to the Lord, that he may have compassion on him, and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the Lord.”
Jehovah God is worthy of worship. His thoughts and ways are unique in holiness, goodness, wisdom, and power. The Lord’s Day gives us a precious occasion to have our thoughts confronted with God’s thoughts as found in the Bible. Come and worship!

Please, please, please PRAY! Ask God to remind us of his extravagant mercies to us so that we would present ourselves as living sacrifices to him in spiritual worship.
Romans 12:1 ESV, “I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.”
